With over a decade of experience in a variety of art markets and professions I have crafted a career where both artists and appreciators have benefited from my uncommon path. Recently I have had the good fortune of becoming the Curator of the New Bedford Art Museum. While sharpening my administrative skills at the museum I am afforded the luxury of continuing my exhibition career and maintaining a working studio. Although ceramics continues to be my focus I have also been working in a variety of media with a continued focus on story telling. Over the past years I have exhibited with the Ferrin Gallery, Santa Fe Clay, and a host of other galleries. Most recently I was honored with a solo exhibition at Ironwood Studio in Phoenix Arizona and will be exhibiting new works in October 2012 at AMOCA. I continue to educate through teaching at the Jamestown Art Center in Jamestown Rhode Island and also through private lessons and workshops. I am an Advisory Board Member of Wtarshed Center for the Ceramic Arts in Newcastle Maine where we will be celebrating 25 years this summer!
